Yes. Our counselling services and completion reports have been accepted and recognized within the Ontario Court of Justice system as part of sentence mitigation and rehabilitation planning.

How does distance counselling work?

Not always. Some court-related programs, particularly those intended for sentence mitigation or judicial interim release support, are often arranged through defence counsel. However, individuals may also contact us directly to discuss their situation and counselling needs.

The number and frequency of sessions vary depending on the individual’s circumstances, legal requirements, and therapeutic goals. Programs are customized to meet each client’s needs rather than following a fixed schedule.
