Trish Scott is the Founding Principal and Clinical Director of ReConnect Distance Counselling, bringing more than 38 years of experience as a Human Services Counsellor and Psychotherapist.

Throughout her distinguished career, she has specialized in criminal justice counselling, addiction, anger management, domestic violence, trauma, and complex family systems, with much of her work focused on individuals involved with the Ontario Criminal Justice System.

Terry is a highly experienced Social Worker and Addiction Counsellor who has dedicated more than 30 years to supporting youth, adults, and families through some of life's most complex challenges.

Throughout his career, Terry has worked extensively with individuals experiencing substance use and addiction concerns, behavioural challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, family conflict, and involvement with the criminal justice system

Eric Druzba is a dedicated social worker and psychotherapist committed to supporting individuals navigating mental health struggles and legal challenges.

He holds a Master of Social Work degree specializing in mental health and health from the University of Toronto, along with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from York University.
