Eric Druzba, HBA, MSW, RSW
Independent Therapist
Registered Social Worker – OCSWSSW # 834377Eric Druzba is a dedicated social worker and psychotherapist committed to supporting individuals navigating mental health struggles and legal challenges. He holds a Master of Social Work degree specializing in mental health and health from the University of Toronto, along with a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Western Ontario and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from York University. His multidisciplinary academic background informs a thoughtful and well-rounded approach to care.
Eric is known for his open-minded, empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental approach to psychotherapy. He creates a safe and supportive environment where clients feel heard, respected, and understood. His work is grounded in the belief that while mistakes are an inevitable part of being human, they also offer meaningful opportunities for growth. Rather than focusing on the mistake itself, Eric helps clients explore how to respond, adapt, and move forward with life in a healthy way.
His therapeutic style is rooted in an inquisitive, curiosity-driven approach. Through non-judgmental exploration, Eric works collaboratively with clients to better understand their behaviors, emotions, and often unconscious motivations. This process fosters self-awareness, self-compassion, and deeper insight, particularly within trauma-informed and attachment-based frameworks.
In addition to this exploratory approach, Eric integrates evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Mindfulness-based interventions to support clients in developing practical tools for change and resilience. His ultimate goal is to empower individuals to grow and become the person they truly aspire to be.
Outside of his professional work, Eric enjoys traveling, spending time with family and friends, and most of all fishing.

Registered Social Worker – OCSWSSW #860267
Canadian Certified Addiction Counsellor - CACCF # 570
Internationally Certified Addiction Counsellor - CACCF # 138As a Registered Social Worker and Registered Addiction Counsellor, I am committed to creating a space where clients feel genuinely heard, understood, and respected. I’ve spent years supporting individuals through some of life’s most challenging moments. That experience has reinforced a core belief: even when things feel overwhelming or stuck, there is always a path forward when someone feels truly seen.
My work focuses on helping individuals navigate substance use, behavioural challenges, justice system involvement and the stressors that often come alongside these. I understand that reaching out for support can feel difficult, especially when it seems like just another expectation to meet. My approach is to meet you where you are—without judgment—and to build a connection that feels real and supportive.
Together, we develop individualized treatment plans that reflect your unique experiences, strengths, and goals. I draw on motivational interviewing, validation of your lived experience, and a focus on understanding patterns of thinking to support meaningful change. Rather than applying a one-size-fits-all model, I work collaboratively with you to explore what’s driving your challenges and what sustainable change can look like in your life.
As I am passionate about this work because I’ve seen the resilience people carry, even in the most difficult circumstances. My role is to help you build on that resilience with practical tools and insight, so change feels possible and lasting. I also believe that individual well-being is closely tied to community well-being. When people feel supported and empowered, it strengthens not only their own lives but the communities they are part of.
Outside of my work, I value balance and staying grounded—whether that’s spending time outdoors or staying active. I believe that caring for yourself is not just important, but essential to building a fulfilling and sustainable life.
Humayoon Zerghune, RSW
Independent Therapist
Registered Social Worker – OCSWSSW #846937Greetings and well wishes, fellow humans. My name is Humayoon Zerghune, better known as Huma. As a Registered Social Worker/Psychotherapist, I pride myself on my dedication to helping individuals navigate the complexities of their inner worlds.
I've spent many years working where life is often at its most difficult—with folks from all walks of life. This experience has taught me one thing above all else: no matter how 'stuck' a situation feels, there is always a person, YOU, underneath the struggle who deserves to be heard. I specialize in supporting individuals working through legal challenges, and I understand the pressure that comes with the long, repetitive legal process. Therapy can feel like another hurdle. I work to strip away the 'script' to offer a down-to-earth perspective. We'll meet your requirements, but more importantly, we'll address the real-life imbalances and stressors that are actually on your mind.
I love this work because I've seen the resilience of the human spirit in the toughest environments. I'm here to offer you the tools to rebuild, not just to check a box. Additionally, I'm passionate about community development and capacity building through individual efforts and skill development. I firmly believe that an individual's health reflects community health, and that community health reflects the individual's health. We all depend on one another.
When I'm away from the desk, I'm usually chasing sunrays somewhere abroad—from beaches to mountain tops—or at the gym pumping iron. It keeps me grounded and reminds me that a good life is built on balance: half recharging the soul, half testing your strength.
